The 863rd Soundtrack of the Week is this 45 of music by Michel Magne from the movie Galia.

The first thing you hear is the Largo from Bach's F-minor harpischord concerto, sung by The Swingle Singers. It's beautiful.

Then strings and harpsichord come in with oboe taking the lead melody for the main title theme, which is also lovely and sounds like a spiritual cousin to the Bach piece.

On the flip side you've got "Piege-Party", a bright and swinging bit of combo jazz with great trumpet playing and an excellent piano solo, very nice, gently swaying "Vertige Blues", which is only really bluesy in the clarinet playing.
